    My engine is not re sleeved. I'm on stock sleeves. Just got it honed Nd bored to 86mm. But I have full faith in my block. Some people on here disagree. I want to experience it for my self u know. Nd re sleeving it cost around 1k. If your going to use the h23 head I would port it out a Lil like Ur saying Nd that's it. For the block I would get it super clean/washed from them, redeck it, micropolish the crank journals. Get a new oil pump too.
