Oh ok. On my car they cut the speaker wires before the amp then they spliced the speaker wire to the deck harness. But they sell a special harness called an ( amp integration harness) which let's you use the the factory amp. Keeping the car wiring untouched, I just don't know if the amp makes it better or not.
