Been busy, how about yourself? Happy New Year! I'll start w/ the rear motor mount, def. use the LX r. mount w/ its matching "low" bracket. That is the only true all rubber cb mount, ex and auto are hyraulic, alot of play in them plus the DX/LX mount is so small, it can be changed out n/p w/o too much work. You'll notice how much bigger the hydraulic mount is. You will also notice a diff. 3 bolt pattern for DX/LX vs. 4 bolt for EX/Auto, the CB r. xmembers are set up for both which is freakin' awesome!
Okay, next would be the tranny mount: I have yet to notice this but supposedly the H2U5 EX trannies have 5 mounting bosses like the CD and Lude trannies. And the H2A5 DX/LX is supposed to have only 3 bosses, which is an oddball setup. Def. compare both tranny mounts, if they are diff, use the LX mount, if they're the same, use the better one. I also think the rubber portion of the mount is all the same, it's just the lower plate that physically contacts the tranny that can differ.
Hope that helps! Good luck! Did the orig. H2U5 take a dump?
