I dont have emissions here, but if i did i would most definately fail NOx.
Did you drill out the service ports on the intake manifold and clean them w/ b12 chemitool or whatever that shit is? they have it at wal mart.
The car i did work that failed nox was at like 1320 or something, I fully cleaned every part of the egr system it passed, it was an f22b1 though. those things are fully serviceable.
I for get what all that little suggestion paper said on the f22b1 accord, but i cleaned the ports and replaced the o2 sensor w/ an oem one and it passed.
I think they said check your gas cap but that may be for HC
Try running some 100 octane?
You may have to take the intake manifold off and unclog the egr port coming from the head. it could still be stopped up.
