Mine goes up and down ever so slightly, yours too? Or is it bad? Yes, I made adjustments to both brackets actually, 1 bracket needed more than the other, but they were mocked on an OEM Honda 92/93 coupe/sedan bumper assy. How bad? Does your cover have the cutouts? And the 5 bosses for the screws?
