hey man as far as a direct bolt on its not... you will have to take it to a mufler shop and have it re-flanged in order for it to bolt on... good buy man... too quiet for me though my gf has on her car and i took off the ressonator and sounded better.. not louder though.. new with my car is a new set of wheels.. i'll post new pick of them later in my members ride.
