I believe you should have 3 to choose from .. set them differently depending on *scene*
and you'll have them to dial in when needed .. or, you could also adjust white balance,
and play with exposure compensation .. white balance is all too important when in Manual.
I guess it's more the reason that I shoot most of everything I do in AV or Tv modes.
I use the AV mode when I know I'll need some DOF .. and I wanna be consistant
at that apeture for a specific job .. or, I'll go into Tv mode if I need the speed,
and don't care too much about DOF ...
The XT is also a nice camera in regards to higher ISO values .. so don't be afraid
to shoot at 400 .. sometimes our scenes demand the light .. and in using a higher speed,
all the rest like DOF, shutter, and saturation of colors just sometimes *pop*.
Also .. don't be afraid to keep the size of your images to somewhere in the 800 to 600 range.
It uses alotta bandwidth on little sites like Deev's pride and joy
and at 800x600, thats a big enuff image at 72dpi for most anyone ..
Keep up the great work .. and lets see what happens when you bump it up to 400 ISO.
A Hui Hou !!!
