Ive been using Photoshop for about 6 months hardcore now. Ive learned a lot in a small amount of time but i still have a lot to learn. I can sit for hours messing with techniques and learning what does what..i find it relaxing. Nowadays ill see a picture and be inspired and get a vision in my head and ill take it to PS.
Most of my art is of my girlfriend, Jenna, because she happens to be an amazing subject and she photographs extremely well.
Here are some of mine-
^With this one i was helping my gf do a project for college...it was for a graphic design/web design course i believe. Basically she needed to make a short comic so we used a few pics of ourselves and i went online and found a turtorial on how to turn reg digital images into comic style images. Im at work now but later ill post the full comic...it was more time consuming then anything as i had to do each pic seperate and then combine them. I also used Paint for areas where i was inexperienced with PS and paint was easier.
^This was my own idea, basically the first two photos inspired me a lot and i wanted to make a sort of film strip like you get at those photo booths. All in all i think the first pic on top is amazing with the green background.
^ This was a random photo of my g/fs sister, i took it unexpectedly at a bowling alley and while experimenting with PS came up with this. Its quite appealing to me because if you look at it, it semi sorta resembles the Mona Lisa how her face is....and then a exact copy of her face is on the bottom strewn sideways. I did this with the help of a plugin i dl for 7.0.
With these 3 pictures i used Photoshop 7.0 and Cs2 later on.
The camera used to shoot the 1st and 3rd pic was a Sony Cybershot 3.2. I do not know what camera shot the 2nd picture set.
