hmm, interesting. I can understand your choice in that case, then; being that you shoot primarily in dark clubs/venues.

soooo im about to spam the hell out of this page. i just went through some files for a few hours, and posted a bunch of long lost files on my flickr. there were 200 of them when i was done. im obviously not going to post all of them but ill post a few. its crazy shooting for a living and almost completely losing that sense of excitement to get home and go through photos. this isnt to say that i dont completely love what i do, its just eventually you shoot enough stuff that it just takes a lot to surprise you, and give you that super excited feeling. this process gave me that feeling again though. i had forgot i shot most of the files i found today, thats not including the thousands i plan on editing in the near future. i could use a vacation, and another vacation from my work to edit stuff solely for myself haha. guess i cant be mad at being overwhelmed with work, when i love what i do.

for those interested, heres the flickr account....

just hit 5k photos on there and half a million or so views.

You really need to edit and post more of your own shit.

damn, dude, every post I see of yours, it looks like everything you shoot is a blast. I know that is the point of a lot of your pictures (especially the club and festival stuff), but it still looks fun as hell.

I just started getting into shooting some St. Louis local rock shows, and I need to post some of that when I get back home.

thanks man. like you said thats part of the point of my job... but truly i do have a lot of fun. summers are so crazy and intense... its weird. im 29 and by most standards it should be time to settle down.... and i dont really "party" per se but i do end up at a lot of parties documenting and i just dont know that ill ever want a 'normal" life really... i will buy a house but i just love the freedom my job provides.

As always, the pictures are on point.

I didn't know you shot Kyle's car. As he would say, "RAD" haha.

Also, when are we going to pack up and visit Shea? I could use some sunny California weather in my life pretty soon.
