three pic all of them are all pixelated and shit plz give me some tips for what i am doing wrong and how com they dont come out clear
(i know i have to get a tripod)

Read your instruction manual on the camera. That will help you out the most. Night time pics require a longer shutter time and a tripod so it can hold still. Read the instruction manual and it will help you out a lot more. Also decreasing noise will take out the pixelation.
If you are able to change the ISO setting manually that would be nice. Do not put the ISO setting to auto if you want to shoot in night environment because the camera will choose the highest ISO setting and usually there will be noise. The highest the ISO number the more noise will come out. I think most of the latest model Digicam have manual setting for ISO. Just like you said, a tripod would be the next best investment.
read the manual and get a tripod..my 3.2mp Kodak easyshare takes decent ones at night with just a tripod..so that sony should blow mine outta the water.
looks fine, more noisy than pixelated, but even teh noise is acceptable for a p&s camera.
