I would also suggest a light stand kit to hold up your flashes...here is more than likely the best bang for you buck, the impact kit.
If your flashes do not have a sync port on them, then you will need these as well...item # 0065 on flash zebras web site.
So that leaves you below your budget and gives you some room to modify your triggers for a bit more range and reliability. Search YouTube for "V2s Trigger Mod", and you will see what I mean. Now you have all this equipment and you have to find time out of your schedule to use it...thats the hard part.
Well, the lense on my POS fujifilm digi was micro-etched pretty bad (pics had started looking grainy and foggy), so I took my birthday money and went to ebay. I've already bought, just waiting for it to show up (along with my N2O wet kit, but that's a different section )
Anyone have any experience with the Vivitar ViviCam 8625??

A canon mount 75-250 IS ? I think you have a few different lenses mixed up.
There is a:
75-300 (Absolute shit, dont buy)
75-300 IS (Not much better than the Non-IS, LOUD IS system, slow focus)
70-300 IS (Overpriced for build quality)
55-250 IS (Best bang for the buck w/o breaking into L territory)
Of this focal range i cant say enough about the 70-200 F4 L. I have used all the above, and the L owns them. I would really consider it if your looking for a good lens in that focal range for under $600.
Sooo... I changed my priorities around a bit on my camera bag dilemma. I opted for the much cheaper Canon backpack...Im going to remove the logo and you would never know.

I was looking to get a fisheye lens for my camera, nothing fancy since I'm only just getting into photography and came across the Opteka .43x lense. Fro mthe reviews it seems to meet my requirements, which are cheap and take semi good pics. Any opinions?

your pic is only as good as ur lens, if the reviews are okay on it, then it might be okay. i think i had that brand w/ one of my old cameras and if u didnt zoom in all the way you could see the black on the edge of the pics, but that could of just been my camera. i would just make sure its a good one, last thing u wanna do is spend money on a lens thats crap. good luck.
