Same with the obx's as the kinslers as far as needing other components plus they need to be machined to clean up casting flaws which if done properly is another $300. So the obx's running would cost about $1500. For another $200 you could just change two fittings and bolt on the twm's. I also like the fact that it has everything on the units, its a much cleaner look than having separate vacuum accumulator and separate fpr mounted somewhere.
If I can get my 60ft down to atleast a 2.1-2.2 I think I can get a 14.3 out of it. If I had the m2a4 with the mfactory lsd and 4.64 final drive with some slicks I might be able to pull off a 14.0 or with some perfect weather, a 13.999, lol.
Hey a 13.999 is still a 13 sec pass. lol.
Slicks are going to help a lot with that 60 ft. Definitely get those motor mounts back in as well.
Goin to the track, Fayetteville this time. I don't expect as good of times. Last time I was there I went 14.9-15.0's vs j-ville I went 14.6-14.7's. Who knows, if the track is prepped well I might see a good time.
Hope you slam dunk it!
Did you replace that motor mount? I mean, with the right driver ...
what's that .. about 1-2/10'ths of a sec. right there?
Actually, with the right driver, not much else matters as long as you crossed your T's and dotted your I's ..
Would love to see a CB7 do a sub 14, and if anyone can do it .. we're counting on you! ..
If I had your trans, the traction bars, the f&f type 1's and some slicks then I might hit the high side of my goals. When I restore it and get it painted next year I thought about another carbon hood and maybe a trunk this time. I bet ill be the only full interiored with a/c and cruise cb to push close to the low 2600lb mark. I still think its funny my boys gsr is heavier, lol. That's one of the two most common misconceptions of my car. They think its heavy and it has no power. I love it.
Still the baddest n/a accord on this site with a simple setup (so easy a cave man could do it.) that clearly works, putting down 1/4 mile times dohc swaps struggle with.
Love my legend without a doubt more than my accord but your cb makes me want to finish mine and track the living hell out of it, break it and do it all over once again.
Keep it up i know ya will your cars a true inspiration. Hope just for one track event you get slicks and some giggle juice just to see what it takes to bust out some crazy et's.

So more lately I've been more and more into monitoring my vitals on the accorn and ended up back at one of these
I've looked into them before but I really think its the route to go. Plus I have the necessary sensors now to monitor and datalog my fuel psi and oil psi. The best part is the display is about 1"×3" so it can be mounted in place of the oem clock.
