Installed the stack today. It actually fits better in the engine bay than the filter that came with V2.

well i killed my speed sensor the other day apparently. i actually thought it was something more major. at first the speedometer would jump with the rpms after 6k after i race this kid in a turbo ls EG hatch. then it progressivly got to where it started moving with the rpms more. then it would cut off at anything above 3400rpm. so i was freaking out. turns out with my launch control enabled and max speed set a 12mph what would happen is when the speedo went crazy the ecu got a 0mph signal and cut the ignitor thinking it was above launch rpm sitting still. apparently the speed sensor doesnt like speeds above 140mph for an extended period of time without fluid on it. i did the power steering delete and put in a new rack and forgot to loop the line to the VSS. just thought id share this tid bit.

I don't see that first option being anywhere close to streetable in an Accord chassis. However, I have an F20B crank if you want it.

It'd be plenty streetable. Look at most sport bikes. They cruise at 5k plus at 60mph. With a 5.15 final drive and a 205/55/15 I'd only be at 3700rpm at 60mph. Considering a type-R criuses at 3400rpm @ 60mph in oem form and its stroke is similar. If the rotating assembly is balanced properly it should be no strain at all. By the way sohc or dohc f20b crank?

                              DOHC F20B crank. It's got 55mm mains.

My argument is toward the weight of the Accord. You're making an engine that will cruise at a theoretically higher rpm than an Integra Type R and putting it in a chassis that weighs 600lbs more.

Lmao. Where do you get that I'm 600lb heavier. I'm actually 10lbs lighter than my boy's stock gsr. My cb weighs 2694lbs. Full interior. I'm also planning to get another carbon hood and possibly a carbon trunk. That should drop another 40lbs off it.
