If you lived closer I'd gladly take your current trans off your hands. I found 1 guy nearly 3 hours away from me who has a rebuilt h23 that he might trade parts for but I really don't like the kid so he can kiss my ass. I can live without it for now. On another note... I finally got my new basemap and did a few laps around the block. This thing doesn't have any issues breaking traction from a 5-10mph roll. I'm pretty impressed with the power from the few small upgrades.

So I was planning on not running IAB's and just the spacer in its place. Are you suggesting that I bolt the plenum straight to the runners ? I was planning on using this set up. TB, plenum, Blacktraxx spacer, F22A6 lower IM, Bisimoto therms gasket. What would you suggest?

Stock 55-60mm tb use the spacer for more low end and any size over 65mm bolt it straight to the lower manifold.

Can the factory bolts be used with no IAB plate or are they to long?

Ok, thanks. I really appreciate Your advice. Bigger TB less intake volume.

You can if you really wanted to use the factory bolts but it'd require a lot of washers.

Have you considered using the 2.3 nitrous cam? It's got 419/409 lift. Should put you close to the 180 mark with your current set up

It’s great to see someone beat me to the Skunk2 IM dyno. Actually I was only going to beat you to it, because I think your IM was stolen out of your car right? Or am I thinking of someone else?

Well, I had to put my project on the back burner for now. Just had a lot of bad luck at the end. The EMS, the bad old wiring harness and the pieces of metal that went slicing through the radiator and the lower radiator hose on the freeway. Which then caused my car to overheat really fast and I couldn’t pull over fast enough before this happening (see pic).

The car has been running great for a while now. And I’ll eventually get it dynoed when I put the IM back on and a few other things. Also, your numbers are impressive and may inspire me to get back on this soon. But for now I’m really happy spending some long overdue time working on my FD.

                      .

FD and a CB the best of both worlds, a honda with torque and a gorgeous well balanced torque-less super car, lol. i love fds. about the nitrous cam, believe it or not it wouldn't do as good without nitrous. nitrous creates more torque than hp and the nitrous cam tries to balance that, on a n/a motor it would cause a slight bump in hp but a big drop in torque.

i apologize i made a mistake on page 22, the dyno was open vs closed on the varex not before and after, i corrected it. here is the before and after.

this is straight from the file.
also as a bonus a dyno of my brothers stock SR20VE with I/H/E.

found out some useful info for those with hondata s300 v2. the s300 v2 can use an autometer 2246 sending unit. this will give you the ability to datalog fuel and oil pressure.
