You must have a chipped ecu to run s dash, right?

And you can't charge while running the app?

      Comment

Yes, you have to have Hondata S300, which comes with the USB A female socket on the board and a connecting cable.

Sadly, yes, it will not charge since it does not receive power from the ECU.

I have sold yet another one of my f23 setups. I think I'm going to stop modding for a while. The last of my aftermarket parts will be gone in an hour and I'm back to a bone stock jdm f22a with I/h/e/148E/H22 upper plenum & TB.

Aw, I thought you were going to put that setup in your CB. Was there an offer on it that was too good to pass up?

Yah. I literally got my exact amount of money invested back out of it plus $200. I'm just kind of burned out on cars right now. I'm taking a break in hopes that ill get back into it with more focus and passion.

Sometimes you have to take a break to remember why modding cars is fun and worth the time/money/effort. Hope you come back to the scene motivated and ready to try new setups!

The stock f isn't that bad. It rolls out hard and revs fairly quick. Its about 165-170whp. Honestly the way I drive on a daily basis power between the 2.3 and 2.2 seems the same. I generally shift at about 1800-2000rpm

got a F22A6 lower the other day that had seen better days and decided to start another ported intake with shorter runners for a little more mid range and top end. i dont know why i keep doing this to myself. i guess i like the building process more than anything. it's the science behind it. im looking at maybe building a 87mm bore f22 this time for my 2.3 setup. maybe even custom piston on h22 rod for some rev-ability.

If you decide to make one of those to sell again, i'll buy it.

I've been toying with that or a offset ground f22 crank with f20b rods. Going the latter route i can get close to stock r/s ratio with 174cc more displacement.
