Bisi gave the go-ahead for 86mm pistons on stock sleeves? Interesting. What's the next estimated date for a dyno? Also how much do u think ur in for this build $$$ wise? Very interesting stuff.

Haha, sick exhaust, too! Two resonators, an inconspicuously black muffler (and dual-tipped!)... I've had the exact same plans. Great minds think alike! And holy shit, the noise in that 160whp video! Does it keep getting better with more power, or what?!
Hmmmmm ... Nothing's more satisfying than good ol' all-motor.

so here's the new numbers. turns out when i installed the new cam i put the cam gear off a tooth, it was kinda late when i put it in so it doesnt suprise me. i adjusted it by the cam gear as far as i could to get it dead centered but ran out of adjustment. i also need to do some tuning on the intake runner length and fix the lower portion of my header, its bent pretty bad. to put it in short terms there's some more power to be squeezed out of it.
ps the sae correction factor was .96 meaning the car uncorrected put down 186ish whp.Last edited by jdm92_accorn; 03-22-2011, 06:47 AM.
