got some more work done, finally getting somewere (sorry for the bad pic's... it was getting dark, had to take them quick)

I decided to go with porsche 964 (4 piston) calipers, they had the best fitment and wil fit ANY rotor thickness

                sitting in the trunk

the calipers need to be widened 3mm to fit the willwood disk

the old rotors are uset to fab a temp. test heart..... ultimatly it will be machined out of 7075 aircraft grade aluminium

more updates SOON (atleast that's what i hope)

                feel free to comment-flame-ask

@ maple: sorry dude, the european law has changed, making it impossible to have a lic. plate "disapear" to the states..... Ive asked 3 shops, but they cant bend the rules and make me one extra Sorry again

I would like to see you keep the 4th gen, but I think that you should do whatever is more cost effective.

man, i'd stick with the 4th gen. you've already put a lot of work into it... BUT most of the things you've done the the 4th gen can be re-done with the 5th gen right? whichever is better for your situation bro. you shoudl keep the 4th gen and make it strictly racing-spec, via strip the interior and all other weight saving methods and use it for racing of some sort! see how fast it will go! maybe you can have the fastest cb7 one day!

                                Dutch,

I was just thinking about your Porsche brake setup and this came to mind. If your stock brake power booster and brake master cylinder do not give your Porsche calipers enough brake pressure and not a quick enough brake response, you do have a better upgrade option.

Get a larger brake power booster and larger brake master cylinder from a F22a6 (USDM 91 or 93 SE...or 92-93 EX Accord). Your Accord DX most likely has disc brakes up front and drums in the rear. These F22a6 have this brake setup because they have rear discs and need to extra brake pressure to accomodate these.

If you need help in finding these two items, PM me. I can look around local junkyards for you.

Stainless-steel braided brake lines may help for a quicker response, so people have said. I have not personally used them to know however.
                                Just a thought for you.
