Thanks man. The club's on almost all the time, even when I just run in to get something I forgot I always put the club on...because:
My car's been stolen 3 TIMES since I've owned it (not including when it was stolen before I owned it). Each time it was stolen from me I just turned my back for a second and then came back outside to an empty driveway! So now I NEVER leave it unsecured, even for a micro second! I have tinted windows, and one time someone actually tried to jack the car WHILE I WAS IN IT (They didn't know I was sitting in there). That's why you see the club on there on a lot of my pics too. If I'm not rolling, the club's on.
Ohh ok I see buddy..that would do it.

Eh, I know the club ain't a 100% fool-proof device, but it is a visual deterrent. I mean, if you're a thief and you're peering into my car, the first thing you see right in the front windshield is the bright red club. Then I got my blinking LED alarm light. So if a thief opens my door or breaks the glass or whatever, first the alarm will go off, and they'll have to find it and rip it out to get it to shut up. And even if they pop the hood first and find the siren and rip that out, then they have to take time to disable the alarm (which will still be activating starter kill), find the starter lead wires and bridge them off the alarm to get starter power back, and then take the time to saw off my club.
I'm pretty sure a pro might be able to still do all that and jack my car anyway, but at least with the club and the alarm on, someone might not want to go through all the trouble.
YUP!!!! that kill switch is just an added bonus to deter and STALL a thief...just enough to get to him and hold him a gunpoint while you call the police.
shit..Id close the door on him..get in through the other side..and hold the gun to his head....call up some of your boys...and have them come out with some straps....then hes really be stuck like chuck.

Have you ever been pulled over because of your tint? since it is 25%...
Never been pulled over for the tint. I think somehow I get away with it because the car is already gloss black, so the rear window just blends in with it. The side windows are a smoke/mirror tint, also 25%, but also not noticeable. They reflect the overcast color of our washington sky, so they just appear to be fogged up.
As far as the car goes, I've only been pulled over for no front lic plate once by state patrol, but that was because it was stolen. If I had a choice I would go without the front plate though.
barely any updates because since my last photoshoot when the car was in really good condition, my gf left, then came back, then keeps leaving and coming back, so I've been really stressed. Plus she kept trashing the CB so I finally gave up on it. All my work on the interior went to shyte, and the exterior's all scratched up, stolen side markers, dirty, oh.... and since I wasn't focusing I got stressed and accidentally backed her out (with door open) and f*ed up my driver side door chrome trim on a pole. The CB has seen better days indeed. Still salvageable, though, when I finally get back into fixing her up again.
For the time being, I have some serious maintenence issues I need to take care of:
* replace master cylinder $300 (if I have the shop do it)
* replace front tires $ 60
* new cap, wires, sparkplugs $ 60
* replace O2 Sensor $100
* oil change $ 25
replace distributor? $
* replace sparkplug seals $ 50 (gasket kit)
* new socket/wrench set ??50
* new torque wrench (mine rusted out) ??30
* sparkplug wrench ??15
* O2 wrench ??50
A6 Cam (optional)
A6 Intake Manifold (optional)
H23 Plenum (optional)
Sidemarker Lights $ 40
I mention the A6 cam/mani/h23plenum since, if I have to remove the rocker assembly just to change the lower sparkplug tube seals I might as well throw in an A6 cam while I have it open, and if I end up having to clean out the EGR ports I might as well just put an A6 Mani w/ H23 Plenum while I'm at it. But those parts are just for fun. To get this car in good working order, I have to at least change the tube seals for now, since I'm replacing the sparkplugs anyways. No sense in replacing new plugs only to get more oil on them from leaky seals. So, if I have the shop do the Master Cylinder, I'm looking at $545 to get this baby in proper working order. I'm still hoping to do the Master Cylinder myself and save a couple hundred bucks if possible, but I think I need a buddy to help me out.
Man stick with it and bring her back to glory. You'll feel alot better.
