Its some red Saran wrap Im sure you could use somthing else, also its a really nice red, the picture doesn't show that verywell

Heres the saran wrap


Take a piece and start folding it up to were you can put it around the bulb, you will want to take the little blue condom off the bulb first though, then just put the saran wrap around the bulb and squeeze it in. then your done Keep adding more till you get it to a color you like

Yup black housed! that was the second thing I did a day after I got the car

When I first installed the ambers I wasn't feeling them too much, not sure what happened but they grew on me, now I love em!
