Dude, there is only a couple cb's worthy of wekfest from SoCal. And for sure it ain't a Seattle silver accord. If I ever went to wekfest, it be in my van along with the other cb's that's worthy of it. Haha.

But in the reals, we do need to return the support and come up there once as you guys have came down here in the past.

So supposedly CAM is getting together with FFC the day after BLOX to host their yearly BB-Q. BLOX is on July 13 and the BB-Q is on the 14. That would be a great time to come up if the SoCal crew is interested. Nothing is set in stone yet but I believe Allen was saying that it's going to be held at Heather Farms in Walnut Creek Ca. It's definitely a drive but if anything this would be the time to do it.

Up here in NorCal we have kind of a tight group of CB7 enthusiasts. Some have moved on to newer chassis' but are still part of the pack. It's always great when we get together just to hang out. Some of the local legends are currently working in their CB's trying to complete what they have started many moos ago.

It was great hearing your story of how you got your CB back. In my opinion, no one can appreciate a build better than the person who built it. You particular build has inspired many people. That chrome Prontry lip was a real eye opener for me. I remember when MitubishiV5 was first talking about it I was unsure. "Chrome, really? I don't know." But them when he first put it on I was stuck. Like I was telling You bro, it looks like there are 4 fog lights, not two.

As for the chrome lip, I have had good and bad comments. But honestly, as long as I like it, it's algood with me. I'm keeping my shit OG with the chrome look. That's one thing I like about this site, we all inspire each other. I use to have an EF sedan too. Seeing the one in his sig makes me miss mine. Now, my old EF was no where near half of what his car looked like though. Lol. I did put a custom hood scoop on my old civic. We cut out a hold on top of the air filter on the hood and put a side scoop from a 89 MR2 and bondoed it on my hood with some fiberglass on the bottom for rienforcment. Then paint matched the hood. But this was well around 10 years ago. Lol.

It was a nice sedan. Sold it locally, & see it time to time. But I'm enjoying my coupe lol. Sometimes I wish I would have been able to keep it. But I didn't have room. But hopefully someday we can meet again. And actually meet each other lol
