I'm gonna get a g-square replica aka blizzgrill I think and paint it flat black.

That's what I plan on doing but I can't afford neither one of the grilles right now!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I want to get one this summer, but I've got priorities....5 speed swap is number one right now, and then my super secret awesome custom exhaust setup.

I've got some amber corners coming in the mail soon though. They aren't the e-bay kind that are totally transparent either. They are all amber but have the reflectors in them still. I'm tired of being able to see the bulbs.

After those get put on and a grill, I will be so close to completing my front-end plans for the car.

I'm ordering my mounts in the next few days, maybe on Monday. I'm having the hardest time deciding a color! LOL.
I was talking to Jayson(steelbluesleepr) yesterday about how I didn't want just plain-boring black.....but now i'm starting to think wrinkle black. I changed my mind and don't want them to stand out much. That would be like getting a full jdm front end and then painting your hood neon pink lol.
colorful mounts would detract from the engine itself.

Function is always over form, but I like to try to do both when I can.

have you found a 5speed for your cb yet. if not I got one in accord and with a stage 3 clutch with like 4thousand miles on it all freeway most of it was on the way out from cali to missouri. I thinks it a 93ex tranny I'll have to check the tranny #

I've got a tranny already, and its an EX tranny, but it wont fit with the ESP mounts. So if you find out its a LX or DX, let me know, otherwise I can't use it.

I dunno Adam...like you were saying the scheme seems to be black/grey. Why not red or green or yellow?

The wrinkle black looks nice. Or maybe something to match your shift knob...

OMG OMG OMG I finally found a driver's side manual mirror!

...but its for a sedan.

Everyone says that the bolt patterns are different, but upon close inspection, it looks as though the bolt patterns are in fact identical, but the outer triangle shaped piece that sits up against the body is shaped different. This is what makes it so coupe and sedan mirrors aren't interchangable.

So what am I doing? Taking both mirrors completely apart to try to swap that triangle piece. It might not even work, but if it does that'll be great.

Also, I have a spare passenger side mirror block off plate now. Anybody want one?
