Not very well lol. I didn't find any odysseys last time I was at a junkyard, and I refuse to do it the prelude way.

I hear you...I've never seen a Odyssey at a JY! But what's the difference between the Odyssey and Prelude setup?

The odyssey knuckles fit straight up and the BB6 knuckles change your camber and you have to ream out the lower control arm because the balljoint is 2mm larger diameter.

Front right caliper piston failed today, so I rebuilt the caliper in 12 degrees.

The knuckles alone are like 170 a piece...if I find them in a junkyard it'll be probably no more than 50 for both.

Thanks for the info! Would you have to get Odyssey lowering springs?

lol no, the shocks and springs mount the same. The front shocks mount to a fork that attaches to the lower control arm, and the rear you use the stock CB knuckles, even for 5 lug.

Sooo....I went to all three major junkyards in the city the other day...no odysseys. The knuckles would be about $50 for both from a yard too.

However, I have a new, better, and easier plan. Brand new knuckles. Here's my reasoning:

I could get junkyard knuckles for 50, but then I would have to paint or powdercoat them because I'm slightly ocd, and then I would have to press in new balljoints, and those are about 30 each, plus I would have to buy the balljoint press, which is like 50. Powdercoating isn't cheap either.

I think I'm going to buy new knuckles. It seems like they come with balljoints already pressed in (OEM honda), so I don't have to pay for those, or the balljoint press. Also, since they are new, that gets rid of powdercoating costs. Also, it eliminates time spent pulling them off at the junkyard and cleaning them. From my estimation, it shouldn't really end up being anymore expensive.

Just called Majestic, the balljoints are included, so when I get the money, that's what's going down. Those combined with the new UCA's means I won't have to deal with pressing any balljoints in/out at all.
