:P i did alot of driving that weekend. It was while d112crzy was in TN, we went home. then jacob came and brought jose's tools. then we decided to go back to jacobs and finish a five speed swap. lol so why not take pictures along the way.


Also, got a Free H22 bottom end to work with tonight. going to see if i will be able to machine it and use some mahle pistons

Hey man, did you ever get your Lude seats installed??

From the looks of the ones I have from shawn.hayden's CB, he welded the coupe rails onto the existing Prelude components.

He has one in. The driver's one. But I think only 2 bolts are holding it and it is kinda cocked to one side.

It makes driving his car interesting.

I have one in w/ three bolts but it is crooked. i was waiting on pics from you before i went forward with what i was going to do. I would like to see how he welded them tho.

After more in-depth investigation, it looks as if the Accord rails lined up fairly well with the existing Prelude bases.



The slider side lines up on point but the other side (in pic above) needs a little modification for the bolt holes to line up. One should line up, but the other you may have to redrill or round out the hole for better alignment.

Hope that makes sense. I just haven't seen the Accord/Lude rails side by side so I'm just going by what it looks like he did to modify.

wow, I like your car, so clean so nice. lol, but why are you doing a head gasket again? is anything wrong w/ it? or are you just doing it for a performance application later on?
