not hard at all, i've ridden in much much stiffer suspension where every bump felt very rough. Going over lane divider markers and bumps isnt that big of a deal, it dips on bumps but stops immediately and comfortably; this was on the stiffest setting. When I didnt mess with the dampening after install, they were on the softest and they had a little bounce to them, not excessive but it reminded me of my kyb agx + sportlines.

Only bad thing is, this set up isnt for you if you want a huge drop.

yes they are way cheaper i called and got a price on the whole kit and its way cheaper
