Haha maybe. The universal WS is a bit louder than normal. Louder than the accord one for sure. I can hear it in the cabin now. Kinda sucks but its straight through. I cant have everything in this world. Car picks up like a mofo. I dont even think a WRX well get me off the line. I'm not even tuned or cammed yet. I can't wait.

You are running custom so it will never be like what Apexi engineered sound dB wise. Apexi have their own resonator, piping size etc. I changed my piping to 2.5 and mated it to the regular WS1 and it changed the tone a little louder as well compared to the regular ws1 piping. So that proved the resonator had somethin to do with it to. Apexi>Tsudo. There is a AE86 with a WS1 custom exhaust by Anthony Simpsons house and his is quiet. It's usually the resonator that can make or break a descent sounding custom exhaust. I'd rather have mild loud than a nasty rasp.

Aslo you are running no cat either so that adds a little bit to the noise equation too.

A good driver in a wrx,evo or any awd car should be able to get a fwd or rwd off the line all the time if launched right. You have LSD so that helps out a little but still a experienced awd car driver should be able to pick up and go. The white MR I raced was a good example of someone that can't drive. I don't even have LSD and was nose to nose until I was halfway through second and his turbo started spooling up. By the end of the race I was 4-5 cars behind and he wasn't gaining any more ground. He should've ate me right off the line without even trying.
