is your dash insert covered in real carbon, or is it a vinyl sticker?

really like it, the blue is more subtle than mine but not quite as dark as midnight-blue. I actually liked those fogs, making the bumper lights match or vise versa the corners clear and leaving the fogs woulda been fine. But to each his own! there's not much that needs to be changed, other than maybe adding a rear lip, and maybe a color-matched blue valvecover.

I am reposting this from “OPEN TOPIC” so I can keep track of my build under my car members rides!
This will be my year long project thread:
Well it has begun "Project Death Wish"!
Well she is finally on her way although she didnt have as smooth a start as I would have liked. I broke the black box vacuum system for the dual runner on the intake manifold, which is something I might not re-use anyhow and she had two boltls strip on the CAT so I cut the studs right off the header; so a new CAT is in order plus if I stay NA I will need new headers, but other then that it went really went smooth!
THANKS SO MUCH PJ FOR ALL YOU HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ENJOY THE PHOTOS!

Thanks a lot guys for all your comments!
BTW: There will be “NO” K-series involved, I am not a big fan of the over priced over hyped K swaps, and besides I already own an H22, but thanks anyway on the idea.
I know a lot of you guys are curious why I pulled the motor and I pulled the engine for many reasons; the first being a blown transmission and second because the engine had 200,000+ miles and I was not going to wait around for more shit to break.
Besides after 6 years of having an H22 powered Accord; I am seriously craving a lot more power and "BOOST" is the name of the game, so a complete sleeved rebuild will be priority one.
My current build plans:
Although, I am not 100% settled in on a full build plan (which I will continue to update), although I don’t like to plan to far ahead; considering new stuff is always being designed and released so a lot of it will be as it comes, but let’s just say she is being built and designed for serious circuit racing in mind. This is not just going to be an engine build alone I am going to take this car to the next level all around:
The brakes, suspention,interior, paint, etc...
I am going to take every upgrade of this car in steps:
Step #1
Locate another H22 transmission; rebuild transmission with carbon synchronizers and upgrade the open differential to a LSD.
Step #2:
Clean up engine bay and paint black then rewire engine bay and do a wire tuck, although I will not being doing a complete wire tuck (aka: a fuse box relocation) considering this car will be actually raced and will not be a show pony car.
Step #3
Rebuilding and upgrading the short block of the H22 for some serious boost:
Ductile iron/nickel sleeves,
Bore and hone to 87mm,
Resurfacing the deck,
Hot tank the engine,
Honda H22 bearings,
Micro-polished and balance the crankshaft,
87mm 10.0:1 CP forged pistons,
Eagle rods,
New oil pump,
Moroso oil pan,
New full gasket kit.
Step#4
Still planning…

Thanks alot!
She has been my pride and joy for the 9 years I have owned her (6 with the H22), and well since her break down I have decided she is not going to be put back the way she was; I want more then that.
Now is the time to turn her from quick to "HOLY SHIT"!
