no no no, that is the amount of house that is heated and cooled, (the inside)

there is 11,000 sq, ft of occupiable space in the building with a 4 to 5 car garage and a 2 car carport. the client has 1 f355, 1 911, 1 viper gts, and a few other luxury cars.

finallly got the house to permit. whewwww. now i can get back to working on the cb. talked to the owner about bringing his cars down, but he said he wasn't ...even after i offered to care for them...f*cker

also finally got the windshield trim fixed and the camber kit on. redneck alignment guy gave me +.5 degree of camber...thats no good, but will do for now. it is amazing how relaxing it is to repair a car on your own.
