Normally my retrofit cost would range b/t $1000-$1600 depending on design complexity but I don't care even if I profit $3K, I ain't doing it! Everyone should learn how to DIY. It's a good learning experience. Although my price is over the ceiling, you can't find anyone more creative than that. I guarantee it! haha. Wait...that sounded very egoistic and selfish. Woops!!
