The CF glove is from a kit I got off some website (I forget it now) but you can probably get the same set off of eBay. Just search for "Accord Dash Trim Kit" and you'll find it.

As for the "WARNING" sticker, my friend got that off of eBay to force me to install my Turbo kit! Just search for "Turbo Warning Sticker" and you'll find it.
