Update: My '90-'91 JDM OEM fog lights came and John (race12001) installed them today with brand new H3 Silverstar bulbs. I should have pictures up tomorrow.
Also, I just bought JDM one-piece headlights off eBay. Hopefully it'll be legitimate.Comment

Yea i wasnt looking forward to cutting my bumber...but when i pulled it to do the headlights i checked and i have the imprints to follow to cut out the hole perfectly to install the fogs so thats the best news ever!!!Comment

yea everytime i saw a 91 with those plates i cringed and was like "you bastards" but sat fixed all that worry lol, now all i need is tubing to insulate them!!
