going to install my carpet today, it should be pretty quiet. The exhaust is sounding marvelous; the new gaskets and Carsound catalytic converter are doing wonders. Although I wish I had two cats in parallel, less restrictions.

the F20A DOHC is doing better than ever!. I recently got the PT2 ECU, a new catalytic converter, exhaust gaskets, and a really good valve adjustment and the engine is pulling strong; it can rev all the way to 6800 pretty easily, but I keep it below 5k.

If you see the pics from the previous page, you'll see, we even took the Accord on a 400km round trip and 400km winter rally, the engine performed flawlessly.

Yes, the engine fits right in; you will have to switch a wire for the internal coil for the distributor. make sure you get a matching transmission; because that is half goodness in the F20A DOHC package.

There are pics of the engine on page 20+ I think. Have a look around.

A normal transmission and ECU should work, but not like you would want. With the 2.2L ECU, the 2.0L engine will run a little rich, the power curve will not be very smooth, the throttle response would be less, and the torque output would definately be less due to the longer transmission gearing. But it will run. Be warned, running the engine rich will make the car fail emissions tests and might cause an older catalytic converter to explode.

I suggest spending some time and sourcing the engine, tranny, and ECU so that it will be a proper swap.

It will be worth it at the end.
