Well, it's not exactly black. It's a charcoal granite metallic. It does appear to be black though.

*update*
Well it came to my attention that I have a small oil leak. I'm losing about 1/5quart a week. I know for sure I'm not burning any oil. I went under the car and noticed a small leak near the crank pulley. Looks like I need to get a timing belt job done and replace some seals.
The car is at 187k so it's somewhat close to needing a timing belt job. I'm ordering the parts later today or tomorrow and hopefully next week the car will get a complete timing belt job.
