What did you replace it with?
Well, I don't think it was quite that bad until I jacked the car up. But, yeah I drove at least 75 miles like that.

Replaced with quality arm from NAPA.

Yeah, I doubt it would have been as bad as that picture shows before you jacked it up. Still, that's not to say it was fine. Not by a long shot.

This fix should allow you to see much lower times I'm sure.

Going into last weekend it was ok. But sometime during the autocross is when it happened.

Have you ever seen the adjustable balljoint kits from either company? I have a set of SPC's and I have to say they are fucking solid. I've not started beating up on mine yet but ***I would be led to believe by their beefiness*** that they would stand up pretty well.

Sorry for the semi-thread jack Gary, but I know you don't have any adjustables so I figured I'd throw in my 2 cents

To be honest, we all know adjustable camber kits are for wussies

I don't really have any hands on experience with the ball joint kits. But the anchor bolt kits suck, I know that much.

...or people who don't have kick ass tires Either way it wasn't the joint but the snap ring that failed correct G?

Correct, the joint itself did not fail. The snap ring did allowing the whole joint to separate from the control arm. If the joint failed then I would have had larger problems.

That is right. No hard parking here.

Drive it until the wheels fall off, put them back on and drive some more.
