    ExplicitSnow : 1991 Accord EX

    Engine:
    Custom Fabricated short shifter
    cold air intake
    aftermarket spark plug wires

    Exterior:

    Interior:
    aftermarket shift knob
    Electro-illuminescent gauges

    Audio/Electronics:

    Wheels/Suspension:

It's not something I want to be proud of at this very particular moment. Strong car, pulls good for stock. Very quick shifter, seems like there's no movement at all. But it is for sale under the classifieds section. If offer isn't to your liking, make me one

damn that dent kinda sucks.thats gonna take work,if you had a 4 door you could just buy a new door but thats a bitch,i had that dent on my 90 2 door and i was estimated $1200 for repair, and thats without paint.

what did you do with the dash trim (guage trim)?

      Dash Trim

to tell you the truth, after installing the gauges, i put all the dash parts and screws in the backseat and that's where they are right now...i keep meaning to get in their and put it back together, but i get busy with other stuff...that damage wouldn't be hard or expensive to fix...go to junkyard, get door and replace that part...then pop out the back dent on the rear QP, you may need a little bodywork, but that's why it's a bodyman/mechanic special, if you're a bodyman or know one well, then you can do yourself or get it done for nearly nothing

--something is wrong with the camshaft; knockin noise inside valve cover - could be lifter, spring or something else...im not a mechanic
--i've got a replacement cylinder head complete; everything ready for installation, just buy gaskets and get it done...including new valve cover
--small very minor leaks; i add like 1/4 qt of oil every 2 or 3 weeks
--main exhaust pipe has a couple small holes that exhaust tape could fix
--pictures pretty much explain the rest
--interior is in immaculate condition; rearseat headrests have fading (normal); non-smoker
      --no stereo

dang your shifter is super short! any more pics of it? how did you do it?

i have a 2-door as well and when my door got backed-up into, the body shop charged a good $2k. that's with lifetime warranty on the work though. good luck selling the car!

          Shifter How-To

well, getting that shifter like that took some cutting and welding and grinding and more welding...it took about 1.5 hours to get it all in...see with the hydraulic tranny, they dont make short shifters...so i had one custom fabricated...i go to this shop in Austin, TX called United Auto Repair...a guy name Minh works there; it's actually the family shop and i guess him and his dad own it and they pay other guys to do work...anyways, he does bad ass work, mechanic wise and cosmetic...here's a pic of Minh's drop top eclipse, sorry it isn't of the whole car, but i found this on the net and i was trippin, cuz that car is only 1 block from my house at the shop everyday

the passenger side is the side with the damage due to a hit and run, but the driver side is all good...BUT a few weeks ago i was parked at a friends house (huge open lot driveway) and another friend of mine was going pretty fast in his 93 lexus es300 when he pulled the ebrake and slid a 180 and smashed into me, nothin happened though, thank god

                        To Moderato:

Are you talking about my post? I know you're supposed to post mods and pics, which is what I did. I don't know, I'm confused. I've been trying to attach a picture to my reply, but it keep returning me to the Post Reply page and it clears everything I've already typed in.

well there is a FAQ on it in the begginning of this forum.

if you still cant figure it out PM me and ill host them for you. there is a mod here who doest know his job
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

                            Retro!
