lol... broken greddy lip- removed, to 2nd greddy lip, to broken 2nd greddy lip, to no lip, to 5th gen oem lip. hopefully no more lips, and no more wheels, lol.

damn are the streets ruff over there ? 2 broken lips wow . dude lovin the volks man i wish i could swapp them in with my bbk ..anywho the ssr's are looking sick once again , i mean evryone is diff , but i kinda like them in bronze too ,, but they still look good in silver . good choice of wheels ..

the first one was broken off during a huge storm and a flooded street- i didn't really have any choice but to go through the water, and the lip suffered.

the second lip actually was broken between arizona and california... a semi hit up a piece of metal, and it hit the side of the lip, cracking a piece off. a few weeks later, the lip snapped in half on the 101 freeway. i tried to see if i could salvage it when i got back to atlanta, but too much of it was missing, i didn't want to take the time to bondo it, and i got a good deal on a cd5/cd7 oem lip from k-mart.

i like the ssr's- they're light, i like the design, the offset is more aggressive than the standard offset for accords, their is a nice amount of wheel edge/lip, and pretty much no one has them on their cb7 but me, thus their unique as well.

i still like the volks, and they're actually sitting in my apartment right now, lol. i think i'm going to sand and paint them next month... they need a bit of attention, and it will make them look better, as well as make them easier to sell if need be.

i used a black metallic paint on it. try to keep it subtle.

drove through arizona on my way to cali in december. stayed a few hours in tucson with friends on the way there.

in my opnion ur buddy clubs look better...these rims looks like it belonged to an AE86...but hey u like em thats good enough!...they still look good though

really it would look alot better if you where you to paint it white , but thats just you .. i think it would stand out more .. the grill am reffering too ..
