I was thinking if you could make the middle part of the hood come down farther, then make a custom grill kind of like the normal DIY'd cb7 grill.

yeah that's what I was thinking when I first saw it. I saw his sig pic a few times before and it only shows you a tiny bit of the craziness he's got going on.
