fast now can mean blown later. I"m gonna angle the upper support with a dremel so the incoming air leads more towards the top of the IC. Basically using the air's path against it.

Actually it does d00d. It may be quick now, but I would doubt that kind of intercooler could take much more than about 50 more whp than he is making now. It would start losing efficiency pretty quickly. I wouldn't know what I'm talking about though ... it's not like I've done any research or anything for my own project.

Speaking of blown... do you have any plans to build the engine midnite? I already have mine pretty much all planned out so I was curious if you were doing anything.

naw no plans to go through with a build per se but yea i do know what to buy and where to buy it. And I do keep the money around just in case shit happens. Since the most i'd want would be 350whp @16psi i'd only need to do the following:
- shot peen and/or cryo the stock rods
- 9:1 comp pistons
- Better FMIC
- 3 bar map sensor
- 550's
- Fill/post/ or cryo the block
- maybe a cam

The IC i'm using was on a 315whp setup. I still want a JRC behind a 93 bumper tho.

Yeah, I could settle for 350, but my final goal is at least 400. I already talked to Delta about getting a cam for my upcoming setup. If you want the specs or anything let me know.

I think I'm driving down there for x-mas this year. I'll be going to Orlando but I would like to swing through J-ville on the way and pay you a visit. This thing has gone through lots of changes in the time I've known you and it's really startin to come together.
