Then after school I stopped by my church on the way home and took more pictures. For whatever reason the center of the lens was blurry.

i like that pic. mainly cause you can't see the wing, cause it blends in the background
please, do us all a favor, take 5 minutes, some black spray paint and redo the grille at least. it'll look way less beat.
then, take another 5 minutes, and stick some damn mesh in your bumper that you been talking about for the passed 6 months lol. and make sure it's black too. have to keep the black and white theme going.
something you can do that will set off the front end: blackhouse your headlights. costs another 5 bucks, and will take you an afternoon.
and get some blackhoused corners. 15$ shipped, ebay is your friend.
i like the graphics in that pic and a few others. my maint thing is just the wing. did you take any pics of the car without the wing between the time you did the trunk swap and went to the meet? i like the white hood.
but that tach on the hood...i unno. i'd have just gotten a shift light, if even that is necessary. money on the tach could have gotten you mesh, and black paint, and maybe some black corners and the car would look about 20 times better!

Yes, the mesh will be there sometime soon. I think my friend John said he had some for me, but mesh hasn't been the most important priority for me.
Hmm. I actually haven't thought about blackhousing the headlights. I'm normally not a fan of those but it might work with this car since it's black and white.
The black corners will have to wait. Any accessories like that will have to wait because I'm trying to pay off all my debt before buying unneccesary items.
The only pictures I was able to take without the wing was with a friend's cell phone..., but then he lost the cell phone.... *sigh* I might have to take the wing off the mounts, snap a few pictures while I'm still borrowing my friend's camara, and post them up for all of you.
Actually, the tach costed me all of $5.00. One friend bought it new from Advance for $50, then flipped his truck, sold it to my friend John for $20, then John didn't have a need for it, so he sold it to me for $5.
Also another reason I'm not buying stuff like mad for this car is that I'm most likely going to sell it soon. One of my friends that actually used to own it wants it back so he's waiting for a few paychecks so he can buy it back. I'll be taking that money, paying off my debt, then looking for a clean white '92 or '93 5-speed sedan (gray interior, hopefully).

The Honda's totally taking a s**t on me lately.
I bought a transmission for $50 and after I put it in the car there was no Reverse.... So now I can't drive it to school or anything. I just cruise around town.
So this afternoon I was cruising around town and I was on my way back home when I got in a left turn lane, slid the shifter into Neutral, and noticed I had no resistance in the shifter. I thought, "Crap! Not again!" I thought that because the same thing's happened to me once before when the washer that held the shift cable's ring to the shifter bent and the cable fell off the shifter. So while sitting in the turn lane I pull up the screws that hold the shift boot down with my fingers. Then I pull the shift boot and knob off the shifter to find that the shift cable's ring is still there, but the shift cable itself broke off....
So to get home I had to put some vice grips on the shift cable I had in the trunk. I had to pull the shifter over to the left and shove the shift cable with the vice grips forward for 1st gear, then push the shifter to the left and pull the shift cable back for 2nd, then I went straight to 5th by pushing the shifter to the right and pushing the shift cable forward. Now I gotta get a buddy to weld that beeyotch back on 'cause I don't have a welder. God, I hope Kraig buys the freakin' car back soon like he says 'cause I'm sick to death of working on it and putting money in it....[/rant]
