I got a new camera the Rebel XS its SOO nice, still learning with it but so far its doing a great job. if its not rained or raining tomorrow then ill try to get some moving shots tomorrow. maybe a vid or two as well.

LOL ya we will see i dont have a real video camera but i have a still that will take some video not very good but it will work, unless i can con my friend into letting me use his. have to see

he will be my driver too of the car i shoot from so ill just have to tell him tonight to make sure and charge his batteries. and hopefully talk the hubby into driving the car lol, he loves that thing so much he will be oh no twist my arm i have to drive the car, and u want me to go fast. haha. ill start making the plans now. crossing fingers ill have video tomorrow.

well the video was a no show but i did get some moving shots, altho the winds are gusting 30mph, needless to say i didnt feel all that safe hanging my expensive camera out the window as it tried to blow away. we got highway shots, we will have to do some around town when hes off work later this week.

LOL ya i wanted boost for years, i remember the first time i heard a bov i told mike i wanted my car to make that noise, he laughed and said it was way to expensive, course thats before we found this site.

The camera was my gift to myself for my big promotion at work, so i got the XS its a great camera and i got 2 lenses for it too, the motion shots are done w my telephoto ( my favorite lens) the under hood are done with the wide angel / regular lens. i need a few more lenses but they will wait.

And lol other than my husband very few ppl have driven it, and now w the large turbo only him and i will drive it, cause its like a na car under 3500 but once its starts building boost it becomes quiet the lil monster. it scares me enough that if i drive it i stay outta boost lol.

heres the 5th gen cluster - it has carbon fiber inlay oem. cant figure out if that was an option or what.




mikes ordered the wiring harness for it,so soon we will be working on the conversion.

Might be aftermarket add on. I havent seen one like that only the JDM one has that as I recall. Glad to see you got an XSi the only thing I dont like is the live view but nice pickup.
