Nice work. Goes fairly well with the wood trim kit, but to me that orange kind of color stands out a little much for me.
How's the H running?
well I still have the other covers wraped with that plain tan but it just looked to boring to me. The plaid I had in mind, 'jo-an's' didn't have and I couldn't stand to be in their longer then I had to so I settled with that.
As far as the H, its running great. Having the F trans sucks donkey balls though. Where I need to shift at to keep it in Vtec bring it in way to high for that trans and it grinds. But other then that Its a lot of fun.
Im also at a fork in the road with my cat. I have a resonated test pipe in and it really keeps the heat down (I think) before with the F my hood use to steam with a DC header and a stock cat, now with the H and a DC header the hood doesn't seam obviously meaning my bay temp is down. The down fall to that resonated test pipe is the rasp in the exhaust. Not sure if i want to replace it with a Lager diameter OE cat.
Good luck with the Inserts. their a pain to install a look right.
**a hint: before gluing, put the armrest back on and make sure that the insert is positioned where you want it. when you glue them back start at the top and make sure that they dont have a gap where the leather meets the vinal door panel.
these r not the door panels that need to be glued on, the glue on are not oem. oem come with an aluminum plate, so its just a matter of just drilling the holes and done. btw nice car

.....WEAK! mine were a pain. I want yours lol. Mine look OEM but it looks like when someone did them they tore the aluminum off. And thank you.
thats about it. I might do the rear speakers but thats it. Thats IF I keep them, I do like the contrast though. Ill probably keep them on for a while or until i find the plaid i want and just redo them. I mean it take me maybe 30 mins to re-wrap and to install them.

yea, the ones i'm getting from him are OEM tan leather coupe door panels, so no gluing for me! yay!
i never knew you actually had to glue yours in. that just shows how good of a job you did if i didn't even notice. and i really like the plaid speaker covers. that pic from the outside with the door open look great!

Im almost positive their OEM, but I think that their second time install and the last person who installed them on the previous panels did it wrong. This would explain the terrible cut lines i found around the edges that I had to fix....
And thanks for the compliment for the speaker covers. It looks like its about 70/30 for people who like em. If you ever decide to do the speaker covers their really easy and if you look on the previous page i had them done in a color that matched the tan panels perfectly.
For the Front speaker covers for the tan that matched the type-g color, where did you get the fabric and how did you do it? Mine are constantly falling down and I hate having to keep stuffing them back in. I need to redo mine.
