oil pump blew last night during a street tuning session....motor was shut off immediatly, so i dont forsee any engine damage. just gotta order a new one and throw it on...
car was pulling like crazy tho before the failure lol

tisk tisk on the TOGA.. especially coming from you... im SURE uve seen the many failure threads.. WTF is it with ppl and grenading oil pumps.. happend to buttcheeks and his 630whp 5th gen.. oh wait... thats right.. it was a miss shift from 3rd to 2nd.. tee hee..

heh i bought the pump before i saw it sucked...yay for oil psi gauge! car actually was in the middle of a pull and it fell on its face (came out of vtec) and my first reaction when the car suddenly runs bad is to shut it off...
that toga lasted over a year of me beating the shit out of that motor though....

HondaFan81 had a Toga oil pump on his. and his is just N/A. he was having problems with his. i dont think ill be getting Toga on mine anytime soon. lol.

I know atleast 3 people that have had Toga Pumps , not one of them has had it longer than a year cause they shit out, I remember literally a week after Mike put his in he was sayin it was a mistake he shouldnt have done it , Mike meaning lodollar ... lol I think the good thing here is even with a 500+ HP car he knows enough to shut it down and save his motor unlike some "EPIC FAIL" people we known around here in Maine that drive home with literally no oil pressure , MORONS .... but no worries Mikey let me know if u need a hand tearin it apart and doing the new pump you know ill turn some wrenches ...
