That head has been milled quite a bit and he doesn't know his compression ratio due to that. I'm sure he's above 9.0 but under 9.5.
Either way, there are no quench areas, which leave a higher window for detonation and much higher cylinder temps than desired if detonation doesn't occur.
Even his tuner said something about the head design being weird.
