also, i found out why my bov wasnt opening....there was a damn blue shop rag stuck inside of it! i dunno how it got there, but im thinkin it might have been the guy who welded the flange

i want to retorque the headstuds before i get tuned. i hope i can make that appt. on wed.

Quit whoring with your slr lol. He prob retorque it to double check the tolerances after all he did put the motor in like a few weeks ago as I recall. Wouldnt hurt to double check.

you never have to retorque your head its a one time deal
thats if u did it buy the book ? the proper torque sequence and foot pounds
if u feel like u have to re check it u probly did it wrong
