Chrome or not chrome: That is the question

Just wanted you to know that your vid was the bomb. Very nice. I heard that chrome weighs down on the engine as lightweight wheels creates less strain on the engine. I do have one question,though: how much of strain was the on the engine with the chrome wheels?

My crome 17's were heavier than my 18's (and even those must have been at least 20lbs a pop)

You'll notice slower acceleration with the increased mass that the motor must rotate. I cant remember how bad it was back then though...

I just bought Pioneer ones the other day and they fell right into place....am i missing something or did i just get the one set of speakers that fits our year car rofl.

I cut part of the trunk spring ends away to fit my 6x9s.

Oh and I also enlarged the holes in the deck.
