Just bogged after fibreglass:
Front of skirt (lengthened) Note the bottom of the skirt has been lengthened more than the top to match up to the mudflaps.
Front of skirt after painted:
Rear of skirt - As you can see in the lower part of the picture, the piece that would normally go up the rear wheel arch has been cut off and glassed over. (skirt is upside down in pic)

Get searching, If your really keen, hit up the Honda dealers for any spare ones they have lying around after doing a Mugen conversion

2 flush self tappers in the door sills (2 front, 2 rear), Into the oem skirts then painted the self tappers the same color as the skirts.

Yea stock skirts are underneath. You could still mount them without the stock skirts but they would be more permanent.
I did mine like that so I can easily remove them to get my jack under haha.
