All your problems will be solved if you put the dual mufflers back on. I just noticed that your car started giving you headaches once you got rid of them.

Lee,
Didn't you get the block used already sleeved from a guy? I wonder if he knew of this problem and that's the real reason for selling.
Anyhow, I hope you can run at a lower boost level and have it last you. You've worked so hard, I TOTALLY know how you feel about just wanting to sit back and enjoy the car. I'm in the same boat, it gets to you after a while.

Im eliminating on last variable by getting new head studs. If it happens again ( I dont want to find out ) then its that sleeve / block

I NEED to actually ENJOY the car now - that means keep the boost levels safe for this motor. Should still be fun at least

yea something just dont like me...and i really didnt spend an ass load on this setup either (which is prolly why its giving me problems lol)
F22HB, I couldnt agree more. This build took over my CB - I've lost touch with her for so long. Driving the car half assed, not able to enjoy anything - it really starts to get to you. The car became more of a task than a hobby. Thats why im stopping here....want to enjoy it....then move on
