Was that a new gasket only a few weeks ago?
You can try the H23 gasket.
As I said before, it may pay also trying a solid copper gasket, or spend some more $ and O-ring it.
I would say its the cylinder temps that are causing this combined with the high boost, as to why that place seems to be the weak link, I'm not sure.
Btw did you retorque the head studs after a week of running the engine?
Thats the gasket i used with the f22ax head swap. Like i said, ran fine up until the 20+ psi.
yea i went back over the tq'ing sequence and checked them to 78ftlbs 2 days prior to dyno. i may ask the tuner and see if i can't add a lil fuel trim to cyl 3. Since this is the one that keeps going out
im going to try one more OEM gasket + copper spray.
Im trying to find ways to see if my headstuds have been stretched....

Honda gives a measurement for the Kseries engines to measure head bolt stretch. I which they did for older models too.
Talk to the manufacturer of the studs, and see if they can obtain them for you.
You reused the gasket from the last engine?
Be careful using the individual cylinder trim if you don't have an oxy sensor for each cylinder.
Its a good idea to add more fuel to that cylinder to try it, but you really need to find the cause of the problem, not just try to compensate for it.
Did the tuner have a dyno log for when the HG blew? - Specifically timing and a/f numbers
Just curious but when you had your block sleeved by GE did they do the final borre and hone as well? Shop i do all my tuning at that put my block together doesnt let them do any final machining due to having seen too many irregularities in their deck surfaces and cylinder walls. When i had mine done it was just sleeve install and thats all. had all machining done locally.
Also... Though it was pretty neat to see you put down nearly identical numbers at your 15psi run vs. my old 14.4/1bar run where i made 315hp/299tq.

People can hate all they want, my f22 is faster than yours.
