Brought my car home for the weekend for you Lee haha.
As you probabally know I was having issues with my wideband, and I just found this morning that the sensor is faulty.
But lastnight I had a little play with your map in the car - And I found that when I changed the new injector size from 1000cc to 450cc (to suit my injectors) the car instantly stalled - The same problem you had when you uploaded my map and changed the new injector size.
I'm still going to drive your map today, and see how it goes.
Correct me if I'm wrong - The 2 main issues were stalling when slowing down, and a hesitation in 2nd coming into boost?

I took better pics today...i'll have to post them up saturday or something...
thanks everyone, I love the visor. I am still thinking about paint matching it...but it looks so damn good in black
Colin, i drove the car a little more today. Here are the issues...
Only dies when disengaging the clutch from a high rpm, it will kinda bog and die. I think the warm idle it too low IMO.
The hesitation is around 7 - 0 mbar on the vac. its ok up to about 10-8 mbar, then it hesitates...its gotta be the open loop in that area. Once i mash the throttle AFRs hit 11.7 - 12.3 ( which i would rather be richer for the time being)
Also, in 4th if i go full throttle, the car will cut off ( like if i hit a brick wall) ...i dont hear a backfire or anything, just cuts....i dunno if its the lean safetly of a boost cut, but its not very pleasant....it happened to me twice both times in 4th gear. My wideband unit says that i hit a max of 7.8psi, which could be a tad off...

i found that the warming up fast idle was very "steped" (not a smooth transistion down to warm idle), every time I tapped the accelerator the revs would go up then drop down below 500rpm then slowly come back up.
And even then with the min idle set at 1000rpm, I found it still idled at about 700rpm - Increase the IAC dutcy cycle to match it and recheck the afr's at idle.
When I actually drove the car, I see what you mean about the rpms dropping right down when you press the clutch (though I get from any rpm once the throttle is released), I think its related to the same issue as when it's idling and you tap the accelerator.
Keep in mind that I can't moniter my afr's till Wednesday, though there were no signs of detonation to 11psi which is a good sign
After trying to get your map to run on my car today, I found 2 major issues - 1 as I said of the injector problem, But I found the car ran better when I left the map sensor on the 3bar (I'm running the stock one, Haltech 3bar going in next week), Issues started to arise - still looking into that one (going for another drive in about 1hr) I'll get some datalogs.
lol 4th gear boost cut, It sux aye, trust me its worse when it does it in 2nd gear full boost.
That is the lean protection activating, I added that for safety.
Its currently set at 13.2:1 @ -6.4inches.
Change the 13.2 to 13.0 and the -6.4 to 0 to help it out a bit. (you will be OK transistioning into boost at 13.0 it should drop by 2-3psi)
If the issue is still there go into "Gear Comp" and add 5-10% fuel in 4th gear, and 5-15% in 5th.
Hope theres not too much info in there for you
Main things I need to know is:
Is your idle unsteady?
What plugs are you running?
When you mash the throttle, are they holding the 11.7-12.3 afr's through boost or transistioning into boost?
