The more time the spend prepping, the more it costs. Shop labor isn't cheap in big cities.
Having liners installed do cost money also. Not as much as full sleeves but more than a regular bore and hone.
FRM sleeves are very delicate actually. There are not many places that even touch them infact. So you have to go out and find a shop that even knows what they are doing.

So who's Clueless now?
Because I have a soft spot for f22 motors...they have more then enough potentials and cheaper to build up considering it has iron sleeves from the factory, not some carbon fiber aluminum crap...seriously, just because I own two supra doesn't mean I'm a honda hater.
So why not replace the FRM sleeve with iron sleeves? Why not use a f22 that has stock iron sleeves and save money there? No need to jump to defenses if I don't remember everything honda...gheesh!
Also you cant really mix and match pistons to get 11ish compression with any variety of f22 pistons.

Save money where? It would be cheaper to buy mahle pistons and forged rods than it would be to resleeve the h22 block with STOCK iron sleeves AND have to buy forged pistons and rods(if I'm going to resleeve, then I'm going to buy forged pistons).
Think about shit before you babble on about it.
FRM sleeves are actually stronger than iron sleeves. The delicateness comes from them not being compatible with the forged pistons everyone sells.
Get a clue.

H22a1 block
JDM H22A P13 type A pistons
F22 pt3 rods
F22 95mm crank
NRP rings
fresh ACL bearings
fresh oil/water pump
fresh gaskets and seals
Cometic .051" head gasket
modified stock IM w/ deleted IAB plate AND EGR
450cc injectors(freebie, couldn't find my h22 injectors)
around 11.15:1 compression
I also need my laptop up and running. It started to not read any of my tuning equipment a few days ago while tuning PrNonVtec's car. I hope it's just a driver error and not hardware. Pandaaccord is fixing it.
