its powered. but not working i have one in the car the other out right now..i plan on going prelude climate control later.....to complete my bb-cb themed car. not mentioned in mods since they arent in the car yet are prelude sidemarkers, prelude seats, prelude h22a (of course), and i plan on going 5 lug (eventually)

after that the 90-91 will be the winter bumper and the 92-93 will be the summer bumper.
